Harnham are partnering with a leading international fitness/healthcare retailer, recruiting for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, offering a creative and greenfield opportunity in the customer and digital data space.
The Role
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be:
- Deploying pLTV, customer segmentation and ad platform signalling models.
- Measuring campaign effectiveness using MMM's.
- Writing production Python code, contributing across the software development lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in end-to-end ML system development.
- Specialising in customer behaviour and marketing optimisation.
- Application of ML methods for campaign optimisation, with a strong preference for Google/Meta Ads campaigns.
- CLV modelling, statistics and MMM.
