Summary Of The Role

This is an opportunity for an Outputs Manager to join our rapidly growing Technical Centre team. You will be responsible for supporting the overall outputs governance process and ensuring technical correctness of the outputs and supporting. You will also have the opportunity to establish and build relationship with our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Addressing and resolving complex legislative, product, compliance and nonstandard process queries
  • Analysing error trends, providing feedback and implementing improvement activity to reduce defects by initiating process changes and / or providing technical training.
  • Acting as senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects affecting outputs ensuring work undertaken is technically compliant and that risks are identified
  • Responsible for supporting the relationship with Diligenta's client in respect of outputs.
  • Suggesting, developing and supporting formal technical training programmes that raise the technical competence of Operations staff.

You Should Apply If You:

  • Possess technical expertise in Life and Pensions
  • Have experience in documentation
  • Have the ability to manage expectations, influence decisions, and effectively negotiate
  • Have strong compliance and legislative awareness
  • Extensive experience in presenting information in a clear, logical and concise manner
  • Strong people management skills
