Role: HR Coordinator - Interim
Location: London
Salary / Rate of pay: From £14.50 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury property in the Mayfair area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on an initial interim basis.
What's in it for you?
- General office hours Monday to Friday, however offering PT hours on an interim basis only (minimum 3 days)
- Hourly Rate - Get paid for every hour that you work.
- Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday.
- Minimum 4 weeks, ongoing and could potentially lead to permanent for the right person
Package
From £14.50 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of human resources operations within the hotel
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Facilitate new employee on boarding and induction programmes
- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases
- Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for staff
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
- Immediately available with no prior commitments including holiday, notice and must have the right to work in the UK
