Chief Accountant - Solihull + Hybrid - £70,000 - £85,000
A successful and growing business based in Solihull requires a Chief Accountant to join their growing team. This role focusses on managing the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, as well as financial analysis, treasury, and taking responsibility for the transactions team. You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) and someone who is detailed oriented and produces accurate information to stakeholders. The company offers excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Areas of the Role:
- Delivering the consolidated monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Responsibility for treasury and cash flow management
- Maintaining and improving a strong financial controls and compliance environment
- Effectively managing and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Managing a small team
- Taking full responsibility for managing the Audit process
- Working on finance projects
You will be a Qualified Accountant (Qualified within practice or industry), possess good technical and reporting knowledge, and have strong financial accounting experience within a commercial business.
