Our client, a renowned organisation in the Mayfair area of London, is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Internal Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis. As the in-house Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to drive our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Heads of Department and the Head of HR to understand current and future resource requirements.
- Manage online platforms, such as LinkedIn, to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement compelling job adverts, email response templates, and key messaging to engage potential candidates.
- Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox, including responding to candidate queries and passing CVs for consideration.
- Maintain and manage job adverts on online platforms and the organisation's website, ensuring all relevant information is up to date.
- Conduct initial screening of applications and work with the Head of Department and Head of HR to create a shortlist of candidates.
- Articulate the organisation's benefits and values to prospective candidates during the recruitment process.
- Safeguard and manage all recruitment data securely and confidentially.
- Make recommendations to Heads of Departments on the suitability of applicants received.
- Oversee the LinkedIn recruitment process for the private office, including job descriptions, interviews, and feedback.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in utilising various online methods to attract prospective candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to write attractive and effective job adverts.
- Experience managing candidate responses professionally and efficiently.
- Familiarity with candidate profiling techniques.
- Sourcing expertise and ability to reach out to passive candidates through personalised messages.
- Success using the LinkedIn platform for talent identification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both in a team environment and independently.
- Extensive experience in the online/LinkedIn search recruitment and selection process.
- Professional training or LinkedIn qualification in Recruitment would be a plus.
