The Role:

We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Headteacher to lead our school into its next chapter of success. The ideal candidate will be an experienced educational leader with a proven track record of driving school improvement and fostering a positive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school
  • Drive educational excellence and promote high standards of teaching and learning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment for all pupils and staff
  • Manage school resources effectively and efficiently
  • Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong partnerships
  • Lead and support staff professional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a primary school
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and current educational developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to inclusivity and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proven ability to manage change and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders
