A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a permanent contract on behalf of our client based in Basildon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduction daily meeting, liaising with senior management
- Training and leading new and existing members of staff
- Employee performance management( setting goals, observing and providing feedback)
- Ensuring the quality of products and minimizing waste.
- Be confident with Health and Safety procedures
- Stock controlling, ordering new stock
- Liaising with various departments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the windows manufacturing environment and good knowledge of aluminum fabrication
- Minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Computer literate
Hours: Monday to Friday: 7.30am-4pm
