Position Overview:

Contract: 3-month FTC, with potential for permanent

Salary: £24,400 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: Shifts spread over 7 days, with flexible options:

3 days (8-hour shifts) or 4 days.

Weekend work available for those who prefer weekends.

Shift Times:

Weekdays: 5:45 AM - 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM - 9:30 PM.

Weekends: 5:45 AM - 2:00 PM or 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM.

Saturday and Sunday shifts finish no later than 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Handle ticket sales and assist with group bookings
- Sign in and out contractors for maintenance.
- Manage bookings and inquiries via the ticketing system.
- Ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Deliver a smooth and high-satisfaction experience for all visitors.
