Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of three years in the hotel/leisure industry.
- Qualifications: Completed APC or on the path to completion.
- Skills: Self-motivated, excellent verbal and written communication, strong client-facing abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Role Overview:
Projects: Work on new build and refurbishment hotel projects, managing multiple projects from start to finish.
Daily Activities:
- Estimating and cost planning
- Value management
- Client and design team liaison
- Site meetings
- Query resolution
- Cost reporting
- Compliance checks
- FF&E order coordination
- Monitoring cost variance and cash flow
- Ensuring timely applications
- Negotiating and agreeing on final accounts
- Coordinating Practical Completion
