What We're Looking For:
- Junior Accountants: Ideal for candidates starting out in their accountancy career, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and eagerness to learn.
- Senior Accountants: Applicants should have experience in managing client portfolios, delivering financial reports, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and accounts
- Managing client relationships and offering tailored financial advice
- Supporting business clients with budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
- Working as part of a collaborative team on projects and client accounts
- Assisting with the training and development of junior staff (Senior level)
Qualifications & Skills
:
- A relevant accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills when liaising with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- For senior positions: experience in practice is essential
