First Insurance, part of Brown & Brown (Europe), are looking to recruit a Commercial Account Handler to join their team. The role will be responsible for customer service this will entail mid-term adjustments, rebrokes, and cross selling based on customers' needs along with any new policies and potential renewals.
Role responsibilities (but not limited to);
- Cover note, Diary management on OpenGi
- Manage the volume of day-to-day quote / mid-term adjustment requests efficiently
- Client Questionnaires to be completed when they come in
- Assistance to Administration team on general commercial business when required
- Providing the best possible customer experience and specialist advice in line with Company's core values, and undertaking accurate administrative tasks.
- Assist and liaise with the accounts team on any account queries
- Answer the main telephone line within 3 rings.
- Assistance to the wider business teams on general commercial business when required.
Previous Insurance experience is essential to be considered for this role.
