  • Job Type: Temporary (3 months with the view to go permanent)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our supportive HR team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent role. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home, ideal for a graduate with at least one year of administrative experience, preferably within HR. The role is fast-paced and high volume, perfect for someone who is incredibly organised and capable of multitasking.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Posting job vacancies on various platforms and monitoring applicant flow.
  • Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Creating engaging job adverts to attract top talent.
  • Checking candidates' eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Handling recruitment administration and auditing processes.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to streamline recruitment efforts.
  • Ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
  • A graduate or equivalent level of education.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
