The role is to support the purchase & sales ledger function.
Main Responsibilities
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Credit control
- Quarterly VAT
- Fleet management
- Bank reconciliation
- Posting & reconciling intercompany accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience on the purchase & sales ledger
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier account reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software XERO
