Here at IPS Finance we are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client's renowned manufacturing and distribution company based in Leeds.

The role is to support the purchase & sales ledger function.

Main Responsibilities

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Credit control
  • Quarterly VAT
  • Fleet management
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Posting & reconciling intercompany accounts

Requirements

  • Proven experience on the purchase & sales ledger
  • Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, and supplier account reconciliation
  • Proficiency in using accounting software XERO
