Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage phone communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain and organise office files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members.
- Provide clerical support including typing, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as required to enhance overall productivity.
