Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a local business in Ballyclare and are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their small team within finance.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity, office based.

The role:

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the Accounts Administrator will work as part of a small team and will be primarily responsible for the sales invoicing, working with Sage 50 software.

This is a full time role in itself, processing a high volume of invoices with great accuracy and attention to detail.

You will also support the team as required with the following tasks:

Credit control duties

Sales order processing

E-mailing customer statements

Purchase order processing

Reconciling supplier statements to SAGE

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate person

Assisting with customer queries in a timely and professional manner

Arranging collections from customers

The Person:

Applicants will have 12 months previous experience working within accounts and administration

Applicants will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team

Previous experience working with Sage 50 software would be an advantage.
