We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a 10-week temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing queries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and organise files, ensuring all documents are stored correctly and are easily accessible.
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, emails, reports
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records in the company's database.
- Assist with the preparation of invoices and tracking of payments.
- Address administrative queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
