An established organisation in Solihull have approached Mitchell Adam for assistance in finding a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join their brilliant team. The organisation consistently progressed and developed over recent years and operate in the Non-For-Profit sector. The organisation will provide hybrid working and study support for the successful candidate and the site provides free on-site parking for those looking to commute via car to work. The role will see the successful candidate completing some senior duties such as overseeing a small transactional team of two and assisting them with their development in the role. Alongside producing the management accounts for the organisation.

As a Finance Manager, in this role you will be overseeing the transactional team, helping with their duties when necessary and helping promote growth and progression by providing feedback and commentary. You will also be producing the management accounts and being involved with budgetary meetings with senior stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • To be confident and charismatic, as you will be leading meetings in regard to budgeting and forecasting, which will require you to be speaking to various stakeholders in a manner which they can understand.
  • To have prior experience with budgeting and forecasting, ideally working in the public or non-for-profit sector.
  • To be either currently studying your ACCA or CIMA qualification or to have already sat and passed a number of examinations.
  • To have experience producing the management accounts from beginning to end, and to have strong reporting experience on Excel.
