Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Sales Administrator to support our clients finance and sales teams. This role combines basic accounting tasks with sales admin duties, offering variety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with accounts payable/receivable and month-end reporting
  • Handle sales orders, customer invoicing, and queries
  • Maintain records in accounting and CRM systems
  • Provide admin support to the sales team

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts or sales admin
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Assistant / Sales Administrator

Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Hours: Part-Time (20 hours per week), office based

Salary: £25k to £30k - Full time
