Hours - Monday to Friday 40 hrs pw (Office based)

Our client based in Corby is recruiting a Customer Fulfilment Associate on a permanent basis to be responsible for all (UK and international) order processing and customer services tasks associated with Health Care (HC) customers and products.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, this role works closely with supply chain, Logistics, operations, finance and customers to ensure flawless execution of customer orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Order management and processing of HC orders.
  • Daily contact with customers providing clarity on status of orders either current or future.
  • Raising of Sales orders into GSS ERP system.
  • Add orders to the WMS system based on available stocks to allow fulfilment of orders.
  • Ensure the accurate shipment of orders and associated paperwork.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service support for HC customers.
  • The main point of contact for customer order queries.
  • To Identify orders that cannot be processed without additional information, documentation, or clarification, and flag the order accordingly.
  • To maintain databases/ ERP system as required.
  • To assist with department clerical work and/or any other duties as indicated by line leader.
  • Support the investigation of any subsequent customer complaints or dissatisfaction.
  • Support the logistics team when needed to allow the smooth processing of orders to HC customers.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the customer order book in the company systems.
  • Maintenance of the sales order mailbox.
  • Liaising with transportation for prompt pick ups.
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.

About you ...

  • Strong IT/systems use, with good Excel skills.
  • Experience managing internal communications, working cross functionally to deliver results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of the business.
  • Be looking to continuously improve and can demonstrate ability to remain calm under pressure.
