We are looking for a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide personalised 1-1 support for a nursery-aged child with spina bifida.
The successful applicant will be:
- Able to form effective relationships with children
- Able to accurately assess risk and support to ensure safety
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Able to work flexibly and use their own initiative
- Able to communicate effectively with children and adults both verbally and in writing
- Able to liaise effectively with external agencies with the support of the SENCO
The successful applicant should have a good idea understanding of working with children with special educational needs, medical/ health needs.
Location : Wantage , Oxfordshire
Monday-Friday 32.5 hours a week
