Customer Service Advisor

Our client in Newton Aycliffe is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team until at least January 2026.

Working in a team of 6, the CSA will provide a positive experience for B2B clients and B2C online customers.

You will process sales orders, returns and credits using various systems and databases, including MS Excel, bespoke ERP and MS Dynamics CRM.

Other duties will include:

Monitoring daily reports and clearing exceptions.

Handling customer enquiries.

Liaising with warehouse and transport teams to resolve delivery and stock issues.

Seasonal campaign handling.

Customer service support to Dealers via telephone and email.

General admin duties.

Skills/qualifications required:

3+ years admin experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with a high volume of calls/emails.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Computer literate- must be a confident user of Microsoft packages (particularly Excel) and CRM/ordering/database software.

Good at multi-tasking and prioritising own workload.

A Business Admin qualification would be desirable.

The ability to work well within a team is essential.
