Administration Manager, Sussex. £Competitive salary & good benefits

We are working with a well established, customer focused Chartered Wealth Financial Planning business based in Sussex who are looking for an Administration Manager. You'll be responsible for looking after the Administration team that works closely with the Paraplanning team in supporting the Wealth Advisers.
This role has a great opportunity to progress and develop from within with the opportunity to get heavily involved in various projects. They will also provide support towards Financial qualifications.

The role:

  • You will lead the administration team ensuring best practices are maintained at all times.
  • Leading, mentoring, coaching and developing the team to be the best they can be.
  • Monitoring workflow, ensuring timescales and deadlines are met.
  • Make recommendations on areas for improvement and implementing accordingly.
  • Ensuring the best customer experience at all times.

To apply:

  • You must have experience gained in a similar role within a Financial Services business.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate, drive and lead others.
  • Possess strong knowledge and understanding of related Financial Products.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
