Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to supervise a junior conveyancer while managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and mentoring a junior conveyancer, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
- Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient progression of conveyancing matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining the highest standards of client care.
Requirements:
- Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven track record of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with case management systems and IT proficiency.
