In this role you will be based from the office in Doncaster in a Monday to Friday role. You will provide technical support to customer, installers and the sales team. You will provide technical information and initial triage and remotely diagnose problems. Where issues are more complicated you will then oversee the remediation process to ensure a satisfactory resolution for the customer. You will be required to log all activity through the CRM and other computer systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with electrical experience to move into an office based, off the tools role within a growing business.
The Role:
- Office based Monday to Friday 9-5 role.
- Provide technical support to installers, customers and the sales team
- Track all activities through the CRM and computer systems
- Progression opportunities to Field or Operations Management for the right candidate
The Person
- Previous hands on solar experience
- Electrical Installation qualification
- Looking to work in an office environment
- Computer literate
