What you'll do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be:
- Answering phone calls and responding to high volumes of emails in a timely manner.
- Raising quotations and enquiries as well as processing orders.
- Maintaining good customer relations through regular contact regarding orders, delivery dates and general enquiries.
- Monitoring customer accounts and processing supplier and customer remittance statements.
- Providing comprehensive administrative duties to management.
- Inputting customer orders received via telephone and email.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a considerate and empathetic manner.
- Following up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
