Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available at a growing healthcare company in Halesowen. This highly successful business are in need of an immediately available Accounts Payable Clerk to support their finance team during their current period of expansion. You will be working within a busy, dynamic and vibrant environment, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop. You will be involved in all aspects of the purchase ledger and so it is important that you are well experienced in this role.
Day to day you'll find yourself working with a personable and fun, medium sized accounts team with a fantastic focus and drive to grow. You must be a confident communicator as you will be liaising with a host of stakeholders to answer queries, and comfortable on excel will be a bonus, as accuracy is key when competing ad-hoc tasks.
Ideally, you will:
- Have extensive purchase ledger or accounts payable knowledge as well as experience within a vast and fast paced organisation
- Be able to take control and develop a team, having outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Be concise when carrying out monthly tasks such as preparation of all balance sheet reconciliations and approving the entire payment run
- Be able to create excellent relations with senior management as well as external stakeholders
