Role: Pharmacy Technician
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Shift times: 9am -5.30pm plus EDC (Includes lates and Weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent

We're looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Team:
What the roles looks like for you:
As a key member of the Pharmacy team, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for working in all aspects of the technical pharmacy services to ensure high quality, innovative and up-to-date pharmacy services which consistently meet the needs of all clients within the hospital.
Reporting directly to the Regional Lead Pharmacy Technician, Senior Pharmacy Technician and Regional Pharmacy Manager the post-holder will provide support to the operational management for the core pharmacy services which include 3 dispensaries, pharmacy procurement, stock control and management, medicines distribution and ward top-up and medicines management to the wards
During your day, you will assist with ensuring professional operational standards and excellence in pharmaceutical care and medicines management are maintained across the campus.
What you'll bring:
- Pharmacy services NVQ3, BTEC or equivalent
- Registration with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC)
- Hospital Pharmacy experience
- Good spoken and written English
- Computer literate & IT-competent
