This store operates 4am-9pm operating hours, so flexibility to cover shifts across these times is necessary.

A day in the life:
- As assistant store manager you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do whilst creating a fun and inspiring atmosphere in line with our brand.
- Be dynamic and influential- enhance the customer experience to increase revenue.
- Support and develop your team whilst maintaining the highest standards throughout the store.
- The assistant store manager will lead by example and bring your team with you- demonstrate exceptional standards maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Use what you've got- analyse data given, refer to retail and company strategy, use local/ industry knowledge and commercial creativity to hit ad exceed KPI targets and store performance.
Skills required:
- Strong management experience in clothing retail.
- Experience tracking P&L and KPI's.
- Experience training and developing team.
