HR Advisor

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor on a permanent basis to join a great organisation based in Northampton.

Salary: depending on experience; £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Northampton, hybrid

Contract: Permanent

Duties of the HR Advisor:

  • Based from the Northampton office, you will be responsible for providing professional HR advice and support to line managers across the UK
  • Working with the Senior HR BP you will provide support on all employee lifecycle issues around ER, training, best practice, and update on legislation
  • Responsible for a broad range of ER, organisational development, change and recruitment issues
  • Providing advice on employment issues including performance management, grievance, harassment, disciplinary and sickness
  • Supporting the HR team with queries on employees pay, bonuses, reward & benefits
  • Producing HR KPI reports and providing information to drive future policy and practices
  • Implementing new HR initiatives and working on various HR projects
  • Supporting with HR change projects and TUPE

Ideally you will come from a commercial background, with experience in HR for about 2 -3 years as an advisor ideally including experience in TUPE and change programmes.
