We have a super opportunity here for an experienced Commercial Producing broking professionals with at least 3 years plus experience to join the a boutique Lloyds Broker, with offices in Aldgate.

This is a critical hire for them, as you will be working closely with the CEO driving the growth of the business.
They are keen to hear from producing brokers in the Accident & Health, Cyber or Energy spaces.
We would love to hear from you if you have at least 3-5 years experience as a Producing Broker.
In return, the salary on offer is £100,000 - £200,000, depending on your track record and current portfolio, and they offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays to start, plus pension. They work on a basic salary of 3.5x retained income, so if you have a portfolio standing at £350k retained income, they will pay you £100k and so on!
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am, to 5pm. and they are ideally looking for someone who can do at least 3 days a week in the City, though may be some flexibility around this for the right person, though given the nature of the role, they do want someone who is ok being in the London office.
