Page Group are working with a specialist manufacturing business who are looking for a CS & Internal Sales Team Leader to join them at their Wakefield offices. This will report to the Head of CS & Internal Sales, and will support a supply chain and export focused CS & Internal Sales Team
Description
- Provide daily support and direction to the team across all customer matters and interactions
- Assign and manage order processing workload to ensure customer demand is met within agreed timescales
- Provide the team with regular training, development and 1-2-1's
- Take ownership of escalated customer issues
- Where required - deputise for the Head of in key meetings, presenting of reports and other matters
- Operationally be hands on and support the team where required
- Build strong working relationships with other areas of the business including Production, Planning and logistics
- Review and check quality and accuracy of work to ensure customer satisfaction is met
- Quality check customer orders and export documentation to ensure compliance
Profile
- Understanding of customer orders and export documentation
- Strong experience in a similar customer focused role
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
