Seven Resourcing are currently looking for a Safe House Advocate to work within the Modern Slavery Response Team in Brent. You will be supporting 7 female survivors of Modern Slavery.
Some Key Information is Highlighted Below:
Rate: This role is paying £12.03 per hour PAYE.
Hours: Flexible hours (8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am - 6pm) No weekends, No evenings or Bank Holidays.
Working Arrangements: Work in your own private office or with the on site staff including a team manager and two other advocates.
Travel to Safe House reimbursed.
Full training and equipment provided.
JD can be provided.
About the role:
- Safe House Advocates provide a high-quality emotional and practical frontline support to residents who may have experienced trafficking and modern slavery, including sexual and criminal exploitation, domestic servitude, and other forms of exploitation.
- Residents may have moved to a safe house to escape a danger area or a perpetrator, and we work to ensure that they feel safe and protected in the service.
- Alongside supporting survivors, you will be conducting daily, weekly and monthly health and safety checks to ensure the building is safe and secure for the residents
