Description
- Ensure that all financial aspects of the project are fully understood by all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop alongside the Project Team to establish a financial plan and business case for the project which will include P&L impact, balance sheet impact and cashflow impact.
- Challenge the project team to ensure benefits and tracking of each project are delivered through the project and business cases are delivered
- Establish procedures to ensure the correct split between capital expenditure and operational expenditure.
- Ensure that all relevant members of the project team understand and adopt the policies on capital versus expense.
- Establish a monthly financial reporting pack for the project to include P&L impact, balance sheet impact and cashflow impact of the project for review with the project team and finance leadership.

A successful Project Accountant should have:
- Qualified accountant

- Experience in project management and accounting

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Offer
- £350 - £400 a day outside IR35
