The role will involve:
- Share and asset sales/purchases
- Mergers
- Demergers
- Corporate restructures
- Share buybacks
- Shareholder agreements
- Share incentive schemes
- Partnership agreements
- Investments
- Secured lending
- Company constitutional activities
