Accounts Team Leader,

This role would suit an individual with a strong Accounts background and experience of managing a team, where you will be overseeing an element of the department. Duties as an Accounts Team Leader:
- Managing accounts
- Overseeing invoices and approving payments
- Using various software and company systems
- Dealing with VAT returns and running payroll
- Devising and checking monthly management reports
- Inputting data and relevant information
- Solving problems, handling queries and liaising with others
- Processing year end accounts
- General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
What we are looking for:
- Holding or working towards relevant Accountancy qualifications (preferred)
- Experience in Accounts positions, with leadership responsibilities
- Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
- Experience of accountancy software
- A professional and positive attitude
- The ability to manage your own workload
- Strong communication skills on all levels
To be successful as an Accounts Team Leader you will be a proactive individual, with an organised nature and an analytical mindset. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between to £26k-£30k, plus an excellent company benefit package, working Monday to Friday.
