Key Essentials
- Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Contracts Manager will be responsible for delivering a fast paced turnkey telecoms network build contract
- Management and delegation with subcontractors including operations, streetwork and commercial
- Responsible for planning, design, performance management and process improvement to ensure efficient project operations
- Management and reporting of KPI's with the client
- Understanding contract scope and opportunities
- Accountable for the delivery of work programmes, helping to drive delivery
- Commercial awareness
- Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients and being the main point of contact
- Risk management with clients
- Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement
- Improving client perceptions
Requirements
- Previous experience working at a senior level on telecoms network build is essential (PIA or Openreach)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to delegate at all levels across various departments
- Strong operational management skills on network builds
