The Role:
Work alongside teachers, providing in-class support and leading small group interventions for targeted students on the SEND register.
The SEN unit caters to students with ASD.
The successful candidate will :
Hold experience working with young people in education or related sectors and suitable qualifications/skills to support learning.
- Demonstrated passion for supporting young people to reach their potential.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and adults.
- Strong organizational skills and record-keeping abilities.
- Calm, supportive demeanour with adaptability.
- Deliver excellent support for independent student study.
- Willingness to specialize in specific areas, such as SLCN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and EAL.

- Be available on a full-time basis
- Hold a high-level degree
- Commit for at least 2 terms
- Have Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
- Have a legal right to work in the UK
