Rate: £31 per hour (via umbrella company)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 7 Senior Nurse Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Team in Redditch. This locum position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with adults in the community, providing advanced healthcare and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for adults within the community.
- Utilize advanced health assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in line with qualifications and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
- Provide expert advice and support to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Advanced Health Assessment experience.
- Certification: Prescribing qualification is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a community or similar setting.
- Skills: Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment: Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the contract.
