This pupil has been part of the school community for over a year, and your role will involve providing personalised one-on-one assistance to help her thrive academically and socially, while ensuring the classroom environment remains conducive to learning for all.
About You:
As an SEN Support Worker, you should possess the following qualities:

- Quick on your feet and able to take the initiative
- Patient and empathetic in your approach
- Previous experience working with children with SEN or behavioural challenges is essential
