Walker & Sloan are partnered with a well established digital agency who deliever tailored digital solutions for B2B clients in the professional serivces sectors across the UK and Europe. This agency is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen their client services team and drive growth across a portfolio of high-profile clients.

As an Account Manager, you will join a passionate and collaborative team to maintain and grow relationships with B2B clients, delivering outstanding digital solutions. You will manage multiple clients, collaborate with project managers and technical leads, and take ownership of client accounts from pre-sales through to ongoing support. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and attending pitches to secure new business.

What Experience You'll Need

  • Account Manager experience in a digital agency, ideally focused on Web/Software Development
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships through regular contact and pre-sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of the digital services sales and project lifecycle within a digital agency.
  • Confident in client-facing roles, including pitching services and leading meetings.
  • Experience working with clients across various industries, comfortable socialising and networking in a business environment.
  • A consistent track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
