We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, on a full-time permanent basis.
This role will oversee the labelling and put away activities within the ensuring a high standard of service is provided to customers and drivers. This role is very hands on, is based in a fast paced environment, and will require a flexible approach.
This is a varied role within our busy Export Warehouse and will include, but is not limited to the following:
- Supervising the Labelling and Put Away teams
- Ensuring all freight is labelled correctly for the Airlines
- Ensuring all documents accompany the freight according
- Training all new employees on the company processes and procedures
- Ensuring all movements are in line with CAA and UCH regulations
- Assisting with customer queries and internal queries
Essential Skills and Experience
- Detailed knowledge and experience within the Aviation Freight industry
- Good commercial awareness and decision making skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in team supervision
- AVSEC level CO/COS Trained
Salary & Shift's Available:
- £14.50 - £15 per hour depending on shift (up to £41,470 per annum)
- 19:00-07:00
- Monday to Friday or 4on 4off
