Key Responsibilities:
- A EYFS Teacher - Witney to deliver high-quality teaching to prepare EYFS children for school KS1.
- Evaluate individual outcomes and plan targeted activities with support from the SENCO and Vulnerable Children Coordinator.
- Provide input on improving education and care across the nursery.
- Be a role model for Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Practitioner staff, demonstrating effective teaching through structured EYFS activities.
- Observe and assess the West Oxfordshire children's development, sharing insights with key persons.
- Support school readiness, focusing on independent skills, phonics, reading, and early math.
About you:
- Degree in Early Years Teaching or QTS Qualified with experience working in EYFS years.
