We are seeking individuals working within System Implementation, with strong backgrounds in software implementation and project delivery!
Various contract roles will be available focusing on migrating to and implementing systems, within Adult Social Care, Children's Services, Early Help, SEN and Education. Experience working with Liquidlogic, ContrOCC, Synergy, Mosaic or Capita is essential.
What you'll need:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans.
- Design the system based on gathered requirements.
- Set up the new systems according to the design spec, to improve operational efficiency.
- Migrate, cleanse and transform data.
- Configure and deploy software solutions, ensuring seamless integration.
- Train staff on new systems and provide ongoing support, including the development of user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support.
