Due to continued business growth Butler Ross Recruitment are looking for a motivated & driven individual to join the team in Winchester to develop as a specialist Candidate Attraction Consultant.
Basic Salary - £22,000-£25,000 (Depending on experience)
Excellent additional commission and benefits available
Summary/Purpose
To support Butler Ross Operational Teams by growing and updating the candidate database, developing candidate relationships and identifying suitable candidates for live vacancies to assist the team to hit quarterly and annual financial targets.
This is an excellent development role for someone looking to start a career in recruitment with the potential to progress to a recruitment consultant role.
Key Responsibilities of the Candidate Attraction Consultant
- Screening candidates for suitability in line with core recruitment disciplines
- Updating the candidate database through email and verbal communication with candidates
- Assisting consultants in identifying candidates for live vacancies
- Searching for and Identifying relevant candidates from job boards and referrals
- Screening candidates against live vacancies
- Utilising the candidate pool for lead and market information generation
- Advertising live vacancies and screening applicants
- Marketing on Butler Ross Website and LinkedIn as required
- Liaising with & building relationships with existing clients to receive candidate feedback and arrange interviews
