The Probate Solicitor Role:
- As a Probate Solicitor, you will manage day-to-day Private Clients and handle queries from multiple offices.
- You'll confidently address various Private Client issues, such as Wills, Probate, LPAs, Trusts, Estates, and Tax. Working to deadlines, you'll liaise with support staff and senior team members, ensuring high standards of professional practice and client satisfaction.
- You'll also participate in business development activities, including writing articles and attending networking events.
Probate Solicitor - Essential Skills:
- 2 years + post-qualified experience
- Legal qualifications (ideally including STEP)
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of working to targets
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
