This well established consultancy specialise in Mechanical and Electrical Design within building services, offering expertise to a wide breadth of clients from the Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare sectors working across the UK. With a great reputation in the market and a strong pipeline of work from notable clients, they are now actively looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the business in an Associate role with the view to take Partner position within 2 years.
In this role you will be based from the Winchester office with the option of Hybrid working and occasional site visits. You will be responsible for overseeing the department, managing projects and workload, supporting less experienced engineers and checking work as well as attending networking events, helping secure new work and assisting with proposals and bids. You will also have your own projects and clients to manage. Regular CPD as well as external training is encouraged in this role for career and personal development.
This role is suited to a Mechanical Design Engineer with Building Services experience who is proficient with HVAC design, has strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the desire to take a leadership role with progression to Partner level.
