An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Administrator to join a bespoke boutique insolvency practice. The successful candidate will be part of a very friendly and close-knit team, contributing to the growth of the company by providing additional support to manage a varied and challenging workload of cases.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage a portfolio of cases, including both corporate and personal formal insolvency appointments.
  • Ensure timely case progression and maintain accurate case files that meet statutory and best practice requirements.
  • Prepare detailed reports, including financial data, for circulation to creditors and attend creditor meetings as required.
  • Conduct investigations and analyse financial data to understand the circumstances leading to insolvency.
  • Oversee asset recovery and realisation to maximise returns for creditors.
  • Agree on claims and distribute funds to creditors in accordance with the insolvency process.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, and directors, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Case closure

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an insolvency role
  • Strong understanding of both corporate and personal insolvency procedures.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of cases with varying complexity.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a close-knit environment.
  • Good I.T skills and numerical skills
