Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of metal fabricated products based in the Birmingham area, who due to ongoing success are seeking an enthusiastic Design Engineer to join their team.
**Design Engineer
Position Overview
- Using Autodesk Inventor to create manufacturing drawings for the workshop
- Liaising with the manufacturing team to ensure drawings are understood and interpreted correctly
- Working with customers to understand project and design requirements
- Logging CAD files on to the system
**Design Engineer
Position Requirements
- Experience with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor
- Based in a commutable distance of Birmingham
- Previous experience in a Design Engineering role
- Understanding of metal fabrication manufacturing processes is desirable
- Good communication skills
- IT literate
**Design Engineer
Position Remuneration
- Starting salary £26,000 - £34,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour working week. Flexible start & finish times.
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays
