Marketing Manager

Working for a European charity who specialise in the medical industry, you will join an innovate and highly regarded group of professionals who are experts in their field.

You will implement a cohesive marketing strategy for the delivery of email campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the internal office team to meet the email marketing needs, ensuring the successful delivery of effective email campaigns and identifying opportunities for cross-promotion.

You will act as the key point of contact for marketing activities, working closely with the external communications agency responsible for delivering wider marketing and communications initiatives.

This role will be offered on a hybrid basis with 2 office-based days in the Windsor office and 3 remote working days.

Salary £40,000 per annum, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, private healthcare, employee discount schemes, training and development.

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the internal office team to draft and deliver accurate and effective email marketing campaigns
  • Maintain an organised email calendar, scheduling campaigns strategically to avoid overlap and optimize engagement
  • Ensure that email content aligns with other marketing activities and meets brand guidelines
  • Write persuasive and engaging copy for email campaigns and when required, other marketing materials
  • Craft subject lines, body text, and calls-to-action that resonate with their target audience
  • Managing mailing lists and ensuring they are up-to-date, reviewing bounce backs and unsubscribe requests.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaboration
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment with external and internal teams
  • Coordinate with the external communications agency to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Support the external communications agency when required on broader marketing initiatives such as PR campaigns, social media efforts, and events.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
  • Use A/B testing to refine email content and improve conversion rates.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • CIM Level 6 qualification.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, copywriting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (with internal and external colleagues) and attention to detail.
