  • Salary: £24,000 + annual bonus
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, hybrid
  • Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00

Administrator - About the role:

You'll have the opportunity to join a leading UK-based consultancy, within a proactive and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone with an eye for detail, analytical approach and great numerical skills.

As you'll be managing a large database of contracts, having a good knowledge of Excel is very important.

Administrator - Responsibilities:

  • Managing new customer contracts including paperwork, placing orders, invoicing and customer set up
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Coordinating installations for the customer
  • Ensuring database systems are updated, including setting up new suppliers and any cancellations
  • Administration duties such as data input
  • Supporting with analysis & reporting
  • Supporting with various projects across the business

Administrator – Skills & Experience

  • Previous Administration experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel
  • Good numerical skills
  • Fantastic communication skills, written and verbal
